This FREE talk is run by Alan Coles of Streatham Osteopths and is open to everyone as part of the Furzedown Festival: Osteopath Justin Owen will be talking about Pregnancy and Postural/Biomechanical effects, Robin our TCM Practitioner will be covering The Menopause and how Chinese Medicine can help. And Anna Jesuit,Councillor, will be talking about Mindfulness and giving a meditation session to close off the evening-so a great chilled end to the evening. We aim to finish around 20.30. Please come to the side entrance on Nimrod road to get in. We look for to seeing you there, if not we will be in our usual spot for the Big Day Out if you have any other questions/concerns.
