Fusion Exercise

Fusion exercise is a flexible approach to traditional exercise using a blend of pilates, tai chi and aerobics to improve fitness. It aims to:

  • Provide a qualified instructor
  • A friendly, informal group
  • Help people use techniques from the three disciplines of pilates, tai chi and aerobics to target strength, balance, stability. and endurance.

Instructor Sandra Shaw

Sandra Shaw, Clinical Exercise Specialist, has gained extensive teaching and exercise delivery experience in London teaching hospitals- within a rehabilitation setting and the community. The focus of her work has been Bone Health, Stroke and Cardiac Rehabilitation.

Where

The class is held at The Furzedown Project.

When

Every Thursday afternoon for between  3.15pm and 4.00pm.

How Much

Project members pay £2 (two pounds)  per session. Paid weekly.

Transport

Transport is available and costs £1 return.
