Pilates
Suitable for all levels of fitness and experience, this class provides an opportunity to safely and effectively maintain and, where possible, improve posture, core strength and balance skills by strengthening and stretching major muscles and mobilising major joints. Regular attendance can positively impact many aspects of daily life including mental wellbeing. Options and alternatives will be offered to suit the different levels and those with limitations.
