Yoga

Yoga is a very ancient form of exercise dating back thousands of years.

In the practice of yoga we aim to join/unite the mind, body and breath.

The aims of this class are to:

  • help maintain a healthy body and tone internal organs
  • improve strength and flexibility
  • improve balance and concentration
  • calm the mind using the breath to ease the nervous system.

Where

The class is held at The Furzedown Project.

When

Every Tuesday morning for one hour between 09.30 – 10.30 and 11.00 – 12.00 Every Wednesday  morning for one hour between 09.30 – 10.30 and 11.00 – 12.00

How Much

Project members pay £5 (five pounds)  per session. Paid per term in advance.
